eXciteOSA Replacement Mouthpiece.The eXciteOSA mouthpiece is a medical-grade silicone component designed to comfortably fit around the tongue and deliver targeted electrical stimulation during therapy. Each mouthpiece features four electrodes that gently activate key tongue muscles to improve strength and endurance. For optimal safety and performance, the mouthpiece needs to be replaced every 90 days.
