Microbiology Reagent BD BBL Potassium Hydroxide with DMSO Inorganic Compound 10% 0.5 mL
10% Potassium Hydroxide Reagent Droppers are intended for use in the examination of direct smears for fungal elements
10% potassium hydroxide (KOH) facilitates the clearing of specimens for enhanced microscopic observation of fungi without altering the fungal elements present
It is most useful with skin, hair, nail and sputum specimens
Each dropper is good for one day's use after the ampule has been broken
10% Potassium Hydroxide Reagent Droppers contain 0 mL of 10% KOH with 1% dimethyl sulfoxide
